The Omo International Journal of Sciences is committed to publishing only high-quality, rigorous research that makes a meaningful contribution to the field of science. - Exclusive Submission
Authors must confirm that the manuscript submitted to this journal is original and has not been published elsewhere, either in part or in its entirety. It should not be under consideration for publication by any other journal or publisher. - Manuscript Language
Manuscripts must be written in English or translated to English before submission. If necessary, authors are encouraged to use professional translation or language editing services to ensure clarity and quality. - Author Responsibility and Approval
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors approve the manuscript for submission and publication. Any disputes regarding authorship or contributions after publication will not be entertained. - Acknowledgement of Sponsors and Affiliation
The corresponding author must ensure that all appropriate acknowledgements of financial support or sponsorship are included in the manuscript, and proper affiliation details for each author are stated clearly. - Copyright Ownership
Authors retain the copyright for all papers published in this journal. The journal grants authors the right to reuse, share, and distribute their work, provided proper attribution is given to the journal. - Plagiarism and Similarity
Manuscripts should not have more than 30% similarity to existing works, as determined by plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with similarity exceeding this threshold will be automatically rejected. - English Language Quality
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript is written in clear and correct English. If necessary, authors are encouraged to use third-party services for language editing to meet publication standards. - Ethics and Research Integrity
All research submitted must adhere to the highest standards of research ethics and integrity, including proper handling of data, respect for participants, and compliance with ethical guidelines in the field. - Corresponding Author’s Responsibility
The corresponding author will be the primary point of contact throughout the submission, peer review, and publication process. This author is responsible for ensuring all required documentation, including but not limited to ethical approval, data availability, study ethics, clinical trial registration, and conflict of interest declarations, are provided. - Adherence to Journal Requirements
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring the submission adheres to all journal requirements, including the details of authorship, data transparency, ethics approval, clinical trial registration (where applicable), and conflict of interest declaration. - Changes in Authorship
Any changes in authorship (such as adding, deleting, or altering the order of authors) should be communicated to the editorial office through a letter signed by all authors before publication. No changes will be accepted after the paper is published. - Data Availability and Transparency
Authors must provide access to the underlying data and materials used in the study, as well as detailed methodologies and results, when applicable, to support transparency and reproducibility of research findings. - Conflict of Interest
All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to their research, funding sources, or affiliations. This includes financial, personal, or professional relationships that may influence the interpretation or reporting of the research. - Ethics Approval
For human or animal studies, authors must provide evidence of ethical approval from a recognized ethics committee or institutional review board (IRB). Studies without appropriate ethical clearance will not be considered for publication. - Corrections, Retractions, and Addendums
If errors or issues are identified post-publication, the corresponding author is responsible for submitting requests for corrections, retractions, or addendums. The journal will handle these requests transparently and in line with established ethical guidelines. - No Simultaneous Submissions
Authors must not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals or publishers simultaneously. This is considered unethical and will result in immediate rejection of the submission. - Advertising and Sponsorship Influence
The journal maintains editorial independence, and advertising or sponsorship will not influence editorial decisions in any way. All financial relationships must be disclosed transparently.
