Policy on Manuscript Withdrawal

Policy on Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted manuscripts, as this wastes valuable resources and time. Editors and peer reviewers dedicate considerable effort and resources to processing submissions.

  • During Peer Review: Manuscript withdrawals will only be permitted if the author provides a genuine reason and supporting evidence.

  • After Peer Review is Complete: Withdrawal requests will not be entertained.

  • After Publication: Manuscript withdrawal is not permitted.

  • ConflictIt is considered unethical to withdraw a manuscript from one journal after another journal has accepted it.
